I highly recommend Lithium SMM for large social customer service teams or organizations that are looking to build/grow their teams. The use of automation to route inbound posts to appropriate work queues allows us to let the system to much of the routing work for us, allowing our Representatives to focus on providing timely responses to our Customers.

Spredfast is a great tool for enterprise level social management. We've been able to gradually ramp up our number of users and accounts in phases, which has suited us, as a large, geographically widespread organisation.It works well with our other marketing technology platforms, and their integrations and APIs are straightforward.If the organization was much smaller I think the platform would still work as the costings are broadly based upon users and accounts so could well be a good SME solution too.

  • The tool is extremely user friendly which has been so important for us. Our community manager roles are relatively high turnover and being able to train both agents and experts quickly and easily is so beneficial.
  • Adding or removing tags is very easy and gives us the flexibility our organisation needs to constantly update what we are reporting on.
  • The expert function gives the team the ability to resolve a case in one place, making the process far more efficient.
  • Templates are really easy to add, which is again very important for an organisation of our size. Having templates that are easy to search for and add is another function driving efficiencies for us.

  • I met our reps, Heather Buckingham and Mahshad Vakili Hall, in person before the Smart Social Summit in ATX last year. We instantaneously clicked, they have been extremely helpful, excellent resources, and genuinely care about our success with the platform. I love Heather, Mahshad and the entire Spredfast team!
  • During the Smart Social Summit in ATX last year, I had the opportunity to meet a lot of the Spredfast team. From senior leadership to directors, sales, fulfillment, and customer service everyone made me feel like part of the family. A special shout out to Dave Games, Seth Egert, Matt Flamman, Alex Levy, Nadia Khalid and more. It was such a great first impression and they haven't disappointed.
  • I've signed up for some of the complimentary training sessions with the product coaching team and have learned so much from them! After receiving minimal training on the platform and functionalities in Conversations, I cherish these coaching sessions. A big thank you to our rep, Heather Buckingham, for encouraging me to sign up for these sessions.   • After being named one of Facebook Messenger's development partners, the ability to identify CSAT easily through Lithium is eagerly anticipated.
  • Ongoing training for agents and supervisors would be welcome, to gain insights on how to best use the tool.

  • While for the most part, we're enjoying using Experiences we have had several bugs or glitches. We've had instances where we couldn't link products to our content and other times when the streams weren't being pulled or showing up within the interface. These inconsistencies do make it a little worrisome when we have something needing to go live immediately and aren't always sure if it will work as it should.

We just renewed our contracted with LSW and committed to a two year agreement instead of a one year agreement. This speaks to the confidence we have in the product and the employees who create the feature enhancements. This is one of the few companies that allows engineers or management teams to speak right to the customer without going through their sales rep or company contact. The innovation that comes out of this group is nothing short of amazing. We had a special project that we needed to have completed for the SOCHI Olympics and sure enough Lithium was up for the task. They created an early warning system that is now being used throughout the company. I am extremely happy with the product and firmly believe you would be too if you gave them a chance. They truly understand multiple setups and business needs and functions

At the company that uses Spredfast, I don't make the purchasing decisions, so our Spredfast contract will undoubtedly be renewed. However, I also manage another company's social media presence, and I do make the purchasing decisions there. When transitioning them away from Hootsuite, I didn't even consider Spredfast because I don't like their UI or calendar features. Instead, I purchased the tool SproutSocial, which has a much better UI, is more intuitive, and incorporates social CRM features. SproutSocial easily tracks mentions of your company name and brand keywords, then funnels them into one integrated inbox. Spredfast insists on separating things into "streams", and doesn't really allow you to funnel social mentions to customer service or sales teams

I was very satisfied. It was very smooth as they know what they are asking for. The requirements gathering was smooth. It was a short cycle. Deployment just took a couple of weeks.

After doing a deployment and a release, my recommendations would have been to mine more of our tags, words that I’m looking for, i.e. to pull in a bigger vocabulary from our historical cases of searchable words and phrases. When we eventually did this, it made the system run so much better. We just sucked it out of old cases and run a report which dumps into spreadsheet

Workflow was also not up to scratch from an enterprise perspective.

I was not involved in the selection process, but I know several other companies and products were evaluated. Spredfast was chosen because of the simplicity of use but yet technological sophistication of their product. When you find a product that works miracles but is simple to use, the best advice is to grab it ASAP. Spredfast also did a very thorough study of our brand and was able to propose a comprehensive, cross-channel social media marketing strategy. Their thoroughness impressed us, and made us realize that this was the company we needed to be working with.

  • Lithium Social Web has had a massive impact on our Social Support strategy. There's nothing like it that we've seen out there that comes close to the capabilities that this platform has. It is an extremely robust and powerful tool which is always growing.
  • We've been able to reach more customers quicker on Social and listen to more content than before using Social Web. This greater reach has had a profound impact on our customer behaviour with many choosing to use Social as a first point of contact. Growth in certain channels such as Twitter as a result has been exponential.
  • Like many businesses we measure a lot of data, specifically focussing on NPS and how easy it was to achieve your goal. This approach is enhanced by the data that Lithium Social Web gives us as an organisation, allowing more effective quality monitoring, development and reviews to take place within the teams.
