Overall Satisfaction with Khoros Care

We utilized Khoros Care for digital customer care, including messaging, chat, social marketing, and online communities which was incredibly important during the COVID-19 epidemic and integrating services back into person after the stay home orders were lifted. Creating personal connection through this software was the most important part to us.

Simply, there isn't anything on the market that is quite as personable as Khoros Care. After using a few different client messaging systems, this program gave the closest feel to in-person interaction that we could get during the COVID-19 epidemic and is an important part of our agency still to this day in 2023.
We began using Khoros care as an agency of just under 100 employees. When we opened nearly double the positions and experienced a highering boom that brought us in just under 250 employees, they were able to easily accommodate our growth while maintaining interface that was familiar for other existing employees.
We were incredibly satisfied. It was as if we hadn't expanded at all, Khoros care handled it with that much ease!
The user interface was much more personable, and we found we had overall less issues with the program itself.

Interacting with our clients through the Khoros Care messaging interface. It created personable interaction during the COVID-19 epidemic which we feared would be impossible. This program was essential in maintaining our client load through the state shutdown and encouraged clients to maintain in contact with our agency throughout the duration.
