We only charge at booking time: 3% of the total booking cost.   • It has live video interviews in front of a jury, which allows us to ask the interviewee customizable questions that the program also throws them by default.
  • It also has integrations with social networks to expand the search for ideal candidates for our vacancies, as well as integrations with software such as a greenhouse, Gmail, daxtra, and more, to improve its functions.
  • It allows us to view the candidates' profiles in an organized way so that we can monitor their progress in the selection process.

  • The platform can use some tweaking (i.e.: when reserving hotels, adding guest rooms, including meeting rooms - instead of just spaces, which can be confusing when searching).

  • The platform allows affiliation to events or job fairs, but its number of events is very minimal for what we need.
  • Its learning curve may be a bit high, but it is worth getting to know the software in-depth, as it is very useful and provides us with great candidates.
  • For the high learning curve, they need a little more support material, guides, and tutorials, for its correct use.

  • We have not seen a financial ROI for our business yet because we have only worked with one client on the platform and it has been costly for us to accommodate this client

  • It is much easier to recruit personnel thanks to this software. It is a little uphill to learn, so at first, we had trouble adapting to it, but it has powerful tools such as cv search engines, which make the recruitment process is done in record time, greatly improving our performance.
