We didn’t want to limit our communication efforts to the messages we share through the official Swarovski communication channels. As mentioned earlier, one of our top priorities at Swarovski is to empower our employees and support their personal growth. It is important for us to enable them to contribute to the development of our employer brand. We wanted to make sure that the content our employees receive in their personal news feeds resonates with their expertise and interest. Sociabble provides a more robust and customizable platform that can be more tailored to your team but can be significantly harder for teams to adopt. Since one of the primary reasons we utilize Smarp is to make social sharing easy for users who would otherwise not do so, ease of adoption is a critical differentiator in Smarp’s favor. However, there are certainly use cases where a more robust platform like
Sociabble would make more sense for a company.
