Overall Satisfaction with Ideagen Quality Management

We have been using QPulse - Ideagen Quality Management for over a decade for our documents managment, policies, procedures incident reporting and regulatory compliance (ISO 9001). Documents control, change release, version control, policies, guidelines, individual task assignments are all managed in Ideagen Quality Management. It provides us with auditable trails of changes and approvals.
  • Centalised reliable, accessible electronic document storage.
  • Interactive, easy to use and user friendly desktop client.
  • Granular control over all aspects of quality management.
  • Dashboards are only available on web version and not included in the desktop client.
  • Analysis data is not always accurate and occurrence module has known defects.
  • Customer Support is below par at times when addressing an issue or configuring a new feature.
  • Greater control over internal document management.
  • Regulatory compliance and audit trail which can have a huge benefit on ROI

Ideagen Quality Management does an excellent job of managening all aspects of quality control. It is well suited for actionable audit trails and workload assignment and tracking of tasks to individuals. However, it can benefit by providing more control over the customization of individual modules, e.g., creating new forms for individual preferences and workplace requirements.
