Best Product in SSO
We have implemented OneLogin as a solution in our organization. We are using it as an Identity and Single Sign-on and have integrated more than 30 business applications. The purpose of this implementation is to ensure internal users have a seamless experience when accessing business apps so that they don't have to remember so many passwords and also to have centralized control over the identity of these business apps. For example, when a user resigns, we can terminate the access on OneLogin and this will ensure access will get de-activated for other apps, so we don't have to manually remove the access. Applications that we have integrated include in-house as well as third-party apps, including cloud-based apps.
- The application integration part is easy to deploy.
- The dashboard is good and user-friendly.
- The portal can be accessed from anywhere since we have gone to the cloud-based model.
- It provides a secure solution with certificate management that can restrict access from unauthorized apps.
- The technical support is good.
- The data center is not in India.
- The audit trail could be improved.
- More solution integrators need to be based in India. For example, Okta is popular in India.

Easy sign ins - more security!
Every employee in our company uses OneLogin, and it helps us securely store our credentials, strong long passwords are a must for security nowadays, but it's almost impossible for humans to remember them and storing them in notes is a security breach by itself so that's when OneLogin comes in and encrypts all the sensitive data before saving it, OneLogin also gives us easy access whenever we need to log in to our apps.

OneLogin helps users and security
OneLogin helps us with our single sign-on. We have a bunch of software currently being used with it to help facilitate our users to log in as an example we use it for our HRIS system. My department maintains it. We also use it for our share point site.

Most if not all business applications support single sign on, ensuring a smoother on boarding and off boarding experience, a central application dashboard and easier login experience.

Due to the multitude of sites that need to be accessed by its community members, Berklee decided to implement a web single sign-on solution. The solution aimed at serving multiple purposes:
- Simplify access to the various application
- Increase security by enabling the roll-out of two-factor authentication
- Increase automation around provisioning and de-provisioning of accounts.
- Numerous predefined connectors: Those connectors to the most popular applications allow to have a quick start.
- Easy integration with various directory solutions: This allows to quickly setup an existing set of users with no password change, whether they are managed in Active Directory, OpenLDAP, G-Suite
- Availability of APIs: The APIs offered allow to manage users and users attributes and allow to have more flexibility to provision data to and from the platform.
- Lack of administrative APIs for creating or setting up new connectors: This prevents the automated integration to federations and requires manual setup rather than discovery-based automated setup.
- Customization of the interface: The potential configuration of the interface are still limited at the moment (logo, primary and secondary colors, background). This prevents the usage of the platform as a communication medium or to organize the space in a more standard fashion (for our institution)
- There are some limitations with using the apps provisioning APIs that can lead to some termination or provisioning actions not being completed

OneLogin is as advertised and does the job
OneLogin is being used as a Single Sign On portal for our entire company. The added protection it provides to our company is invaluable. It's also really nice to only need to sign on to one portal and have that sign you into all of the other programs that you'll need for the rest of the day.

OneLogin Review
OneLogin is used by Uber globally as a one stop shop for all employees to navigate all apps and software used by Uber employees. It is a uniform place for Uber's 25,000+ employees to visit where they know they can find all company information needed for them to be successful in their jobs.

We use OneLogin in order to create a central place for employees/staff to be able to access sites while keeping information and connections secure.

This program is used by the company for payroll, benefits management, and protection of the computer integrity for overall login security. It is being used across the entire organization and solves the problems of security management and easy login.

OneLogin is great at SSO and MFA!
We implemented OneLogin for all employees and students at the University of Mary Hardin-Baylor. It allows us to have a single username and password for all of our various apps and services. It also allows us to have more granular control of access and restrictions.

OneLogin - User Friendly
OneLogin is used by the entire organization. It is a one-stop shop that houses all of the programs and resources that are utilized by employees within the organization. It is also a secure way to access all the applications.

A One-Time Login Will Get You Into OneLogin
OneLogin is an awesome tool to give to your company. Instead of remembering a kajillion passwords, you have one password for EVERYTHING! Just integrate the apps and you are good to go. Integration will take some time but once that's is done, your team and company will love it, trust me!

Great for SSO but bad for user provisioning.
OneLogin is being used within the entire organization. The main purpose is to bolster our Identity Management solution by allowing easy integration and user provisioning with the products the organization uses. We also use features such as the self-service portal for a password reset and to enforce password policies. The main business problem we wanted to solve was users having to remember too many passwords due to the number of systems we are using and also to ensure consistent permissions across all systems.
- OneLogin handles SAML very well.
- OneLogin has a lot of integrations
- OneLogin has a great app portal.
- The user provisioning doesn't always work, which can be quite frustrating.
- Some of the integrations don't work that well.
- We've had a hard time getting technical support to help us.

A better way to login.
OneLogin is used throughout the organization. It gives us access to the tools we need to access to in a secure and easy to use central hub. We are able to customize what items we see and login without the worry of remembering a password. It lowers the amount of password related emails to the HelpDesk team and allows them to better track who has access to what.
- Connects with a lot of different vendors, tools, and sites. It is also customizable to where you can add almost any site you are logging into. This makes it especially useful for team members who may use a tool that other team members within the company do not use.
- It works. I've used a few keychain apps that work for a little while, or never work, and this app works 99.99% of the time. Only on one experience have I experienced issue access sites and that was due to user error.
- It's easy to update passwords and usernames within the app. It allows password resets to be an easy process and lowers the time in updating items everywhere.
- Customizing what is shown in the Frequent section would be nice. It lists some things in the frequent section that I do not frequently use but cannot add the tools that would be better suited in the area.
- Customizing the Icons. A lot of companies use the same color schemes in their logos which causes you to click the wrong tool a lot of the time. This could also be resolved by allowing a user to move around the tools.
- There are 3 tabs, one for Frequently Used, one for personal, and one for the company. To me having 2 tabs, 1 for all apps, and 1 for favorites would be less clunky.
