Quite flexible and easy to use for daily marketing user tasks, like updating page listings, promotions, and copy. More in-depth tasks like managing product attributes, rearranging product taxonomy placement, and CMS editing are not user-friendly and require a careful and detailed process to follow.

Coming from an entirely different CMS in my previous position, I found Optimizely B2B Commerce Cloud CMS to be very user-friendly and intuitive. Its features and functions are sometimes a little buried and searching for knowledge articles on how some of the features work can be a bit challenging at times. Overall, [though] I've been very pleased with [the] ease of use and an immense amount of features and functionalities.

Optimizely B2B Commerce Cloud is extremely easy to use once you get past the implementation stage. Some of the features that Optimizely B2B Commerce Cloud has are going to be used as the baseline for future purchases for us such as the easy user management and the job builder & editor.

The overall system is not as intuitive as WordPress, however, it is not too complicated to edit. The biggest issue is that if you want to publish to production from the sandbox, it requires copying the functionality and copying over to production.

I think it is overall pretty user-friendly. I do wish there were more out-of-the-box analytics. There seems to be a pretty big gap in what we thought would be ready at launch and what we actually get. The data provided is good, but it is not easy to customize or export. We think that Google Analytics will get us what we need for now, but eventually will push the data into a BI tool.

To be honest it does lack a bit here from the "professional" side of things. Most websites/platforms are all out-of-the-box solutions with customized themes, branding options, etc. Optimizely (at first) was very cookie cutter in the setup before we got it to a point that aligned with our brand standards as a company. We've had to push through a few customizations to tailor our needs as a B2B supplier that we believe could have and should have been out-of-the-box functionality for Optimizely B2B Commerce Cloud.
