Overall Satisfaction with Workvivo

Communicating policies & procedures, training events, and rates for pricing work. Also announcing new hires as well as departures. Publish all information and documents that used to be on the company intranet on Workvivo Spaces
  • Communicating company events for both inhouse and stakeholder participation
  • Acts as a Company Intranet; being a store of all news, documents, whos who, how-tos etc.
  • Recognition and reward - people get "likes" for interesting posts and receive positive feedback
  • Can be difficult to navigate/find old posts - this is as much down to how it is implemented and structured
  • Used as a defacto intranet
  • For communicating events, awards, achievements, announcements, policy etc
  • Better communication/reduces email traffic
Very different products - Workvivo is like an internal noticeboard but a lot more than that allowing for social posts, charitable posts, events, policy documents., announcements etc.

Yes

Well suited to medium to large and dispersed organisations as a tool to enhance communication. Not sure that it would be used in the same way or be as useful in a smaller more centralised organisation
