Overall Satisfaction with Workvivo
Workvivo is a great way to stay in touch with company updates, calendars, co-workers, and events. It's a great work-related social site that allows you to give praise and shout-outs that keep good morale up in the workplace as well. We love having it here at Wider Circle!
- Allows employees and management to give shout-outs.
- Keeps you up to date on your company calendar.
- Highlights upcoming events.
- Allows you to share experience you have had with members.
- Graphics could be more appealing.
- Layout could be simplified.
- It would be great if there was a way to earn points for posting comments towards virtual gift cards to encourage more interactions.
- Organization of events.
- Communication between all staff.
- Learning from articles that are posted regularly.
- Great platform to encourage employees to strive.
- Growth within the company and promotions.
- Learning from other teammates' experiences with members.
