Overall Satisfaction with Oracle CX Marketing (formerly Oracle Marketing Cloud)

Eloqua was great for our users! The stars and chili peppers really allowed our sales team to understand hot and cold leads. Sending emails was easy.
  • Lead scoring
  • Email engagement
  • Not as user friendly
I feel like organizations large and small can benefit from Oracle because it easily integrates into ERP, CRM, and is an efficient way for sales reps to micro-market. It has a cunning way of using stars and chili peppers to track and score leads based on their engagement. It works really well in a large corporation.
  • Improved communication
  • Better relatability
  • Sales rep engagement
I feel they both have strengths and weaknesses, just like any other product on the market. Oracle is strong in the lead scoring and nurturing platform while HubSpot is strong in other ways. Oracle integrates better with CRM software because it plays with most which makes it higher on the scale than HubSpot.
Oracle CX Marketing is very handy when it comes to keeping your contacts engaged and your sales reps informed. It’s appropriate for micro marketing
