Overall Satisfaction with Absorb LMS

In a heavily-regulated industry, we needed a product that could deliver and track a high volume of compliance-based trainings for our employees. Absorb has not only been able to meet our existing needs, it's allowed us to grow into new offerings to support our employees' development. Last year, we even expanded into being able to offer and track training for non-employees who were sub-contracting through our business. The product has continued to evolve and improve and we keep finding new ways to use Absorb to solve interesting new problems. Of course, none of this would be possible without the unbelievable service provided through the Elite Support package. Of all of the upgrades available, dollar-for-dollar none is as valuable as having a dedicated Customer Success Manager (and ours is the best!)

  • able to decom FOUR systems and replace it with a single Absorb instance
  • Content Libraries (Absorb Amplify or 3rd Party Libraries)

  • Ecosystem Integrations (Absorb APIs or Absorb Connectors)
Utilization of the Absorb API has made user management so simple. We're able to seamless sync with our HRIS and utilize the wide array of available data fields (and customizations) to create automations that have saved countless person-hours of administration. We also recently added a content library for an HR business need and the process was very straightforward and not only gave us what we needed, it gave us options to allow us to tailor the solution to improve the employee experience.
We cannot speak highly enough for the Elite Support service. Having a dedicated partner to help us through multiple projects, multiple upgrades, and multiple custom configurations has been absolutely key. Our CSM really has been like an extra team member and we know we can rely on him for anything we need. His product expertise and friendly professionalism is unrivaled!

Absorb does a great job of providing a baseline of services that meet the needs for a variety of industries at an unbelievable price. The ROI for our company has been incredible and a major reason we keep purchasing new modules and new services. With each purchase, we realize even more value. The only issues that we've experienced are related to the very specific needs for our industry, pharmaceutical trials. And every time, our CSM has worked with us to figure out how best to address our need.
