Overall Satisfaction with ActiveDEMAND
We have used ActiveDEMAND for the last year for our marketing efforts. We truly partner with them to help grow our business. We are able to use this product to nurture our current contact database and to also draw in new customers by positioning our marketing efforts in a way that showcases our products and services. ActiveDEMAND's staff are supportive and stay on top of the marketing trends.
- Customer Service - this company EXCELS at customer service, always answering our questions and being helpful.
- Innovative Ideas - they stay on top of the trends in marketing, offer ways for us to incorporate these items into our efforts.
- Friendly staff - the staff at ActiveDEMAND are great to work with and are responsive to our needs.
- ActiveDEMAND really tries to stay on top of issues, they do have software glitches like any software vendor has, but they try to fix them quickly and they communicate well with us.
- We've been able to position our product line better by creating webinars, resource documents, blog postings. This has helped to convey to our customers that we really are knowledgeable and experienced.
Vertical Response wasn't a full marketing platform at the time when we used it, but it was clunky and the tech support wasn't easy to use. I like the one-on-one response we get from ActiveDemand and really being on a first name basis with the folks there.
