Anaplan is used in different uses of Financial Planning across industries, we had addressed the problems of real-time planning faced with excel and other planning tools. One of them is the level of forecasting has been changed from high to low which gives more accurate results. Able to provide scenario planning where the different scenarios can be planned based on the change in the market by changing the drivers and analyzing the results with the change in the market. Provided various reports where the comparison is done between the historical month forecasts(snapshots) with current forecast and variance between the forecasts which helped to a better understanding on market and change their planning accordingly. The solution helped to streamline the planning and handle the unexpected changes in the market to get better results.
