We use it to record agency reporting. What the agencies provide to us is used in business decisions.
- Form Logic is the best thing ever! Allows for intricate form design.
- The data archives, aka, data export is really good. Easier than writing a report. Gives data in Excel format.
- Audit Log and History allows for admin to watch how report entry is changed.
- Need to interface with outside data to allow automatic pull of data.
- Report writing needs flexibility in how data is presented.
- In forms, allow for Text Box to accept formatting rather than just text. Allow for formatting of calculations. You can add dollars, but result in a numeric without thousand separator or $ signs.
- We are able to get better data from agencies.
- We can export large sections of data to use in analysis.
- We can monitor agencies and what they do in the system.
- We can monitor our data usage.
We use Apricot for collecting data from our agencies. We use their data to make informed decisions about their individual program successes.
We don't use Apricot for this purpose. We use it to get proposal information from our agencies who are seeking money.
