Overall Satisfaction with BambooHR
Employee information gathering, easy touch point to see location of work, supervisor reports. Birthdates for making appointment and the photo are a great bonus to remind us who is who.
Business problems is that our employees don't use it. They don't use the app or see the emails or care.

- Easy search
- Clear and laid out webpage
- APP is easy to use
- The reports - are hard to follow and ensure we are pulling the info we want
- The Start date, vs years of service
- The start date I cannot figure out how to break down into day, month, year all separate.
- Easier/quicker smaller tasks completed easier
Years of service is a big report we have used Bamboo to help us.
7SHifts much better but used in a different way.
