Overall Satisfaction with BigCommerce

We use BigCommerce to deliver an exceptional user experience across multiple e-commerce brands, leveraging their exceptional API to integrate microservices and drop shipping systems and third-party integrations. We are able to create highly efficient and interactive business processes that streamline workflow, customer retention, and sales. We are able to quickly integrate much of this because of the exceptional job BigCommerce has done with their API documentation.

The API is great, well documented, and geared to allow us to consume/integrate with anything.
We use every part of the API to create multi-platform mobile applications and progressive web apps, as well as integrating with multiple third party solutions.
The templating and frontend customizing is WAY better in BigCommerce
Big Commerce is well suited for the intermediate store operator and/or developer. It is quite capable of delivering nearly everything you could need.
