Overall Satisfaction with Blackbaud Financial Edge NXT
It's not as user-friendly as the database version. I use it for reporting, but it seems to take longer to process the reports than the database version does.
- Reporting format in Excel
- Finding reports in search box is nice
- Add everything from the database view to NXT
- Exporting Reports should be one click and quicker
- Automated Bank rec/imports
- We only got NXT because our development team wanted it for RE, but they don't seem use it either
- Not worth the money and wish they didn't get rid of the student billing module.
- Need all functionality of the database version to be in NXT and it needs to be faster.
I do like the reporting. I have been able to manipulate and create whatever reports I need.
Database version and RE. I didn't choose NXT but it's okay.
