Overall Satisfaction with BlueJeans
BlueJeans has been a pivotal part of training and collaboration for my business, which entails researching and purchasing investment property remotely. I work from Oregon and need easy and reliable tools for sharing information with the realtor and investor in Arizona who rely on my research. We BlueJeans regularly to review real estate listings and offers together before committing to a purchase.
- Video and audio conferencing are reliable and intuitive. The controls make it easy to collaborate.
- Screen sharing functionality in BlueJeans makes training significantly easier. All parties can focus easily on what is being shared.
- When using screen sharing, it would be helpful if I could move the notification/pause/stop bar away from the top of the screen. It gets in the way when I'm attempting to access multiple tabs.
- It has sped the learning curve for remote training.
- It allows me to collaborate effectively with colleagues across the country.
- The ease of use makes it my go-to for discussions about planning; things I might otherwise email are handled quickly and effectively by asking the person I need to talk to to hop into a BlueJeans conference with me.
The only other app my organization has used has been video chatting via iPhone.
