Overall Satisfaction with CCH® SureTax®
We have went with you guys to file our sales tax for us, but it is not going well. Things are not getting filed correctly, I have to go in and take out all the negative amounts and correct the return based off of that, things are not going to the correct place, I have to add all the locals and any problems we have. It is much easier for me to file the returns than to have you guys file for us and it was supposed to be the other way around. Also, every time we are inquiring about something or need help with something it takes forever to get a response back from someone causing issues. Things just are not getting done easily and as quickly as it should be.
- Tax Rates being the most recent rates
- Easier to figure out what we are off and what tax type something is
- Being able to tell when an exemption needs to be updated.
- Getting more detail reports
- Better response times
- More of you to tell me what I need to do since you are the tax experts and I am not, but doing all the research and work
- Returns being more accurate when they are generated.
- Sales tax is better
