Overall Satisfaction with Ceridian Dayforce

We are using Dayforce for My HR, Payroll, and WFM and we are using this product across Canada in 6 of our plants and our head office.

Pros

  • I am very pleased and satisfied with the Ceridian Dayforce support team. They are very professional, helpful and knowledgeable.
  • Very excited that Payroll is able to provide constant calculation
  • I am very pleased with the Training Guides that allow me to create my own Balances and Entitlements

Cons

  • I would like to have a field for a primary manager, especially when an employee has 3 to 4 managers that they report to at any time. Having 3 to 4 managers per employee shows duplicate rows when reporting.
  • We have only implemented Dayforce with the basic HR, Payroll and WFM modules at this time and is hard to measure our increased productivity, but are looking to possibly implement Recruitment in 2019.
Our setup for Overtime for plants and plants that are unionized is very beneficial
I have no comments at this tiime as we have newly implemented
I am very pleased to have the constant calculation feature in the Payroll module. The schedules and timesheets seem to be working well for our company.
