Overall Satisfaction with Ceridian Dayforce
I am currently using Ceridian for our employees to make their benefit elections as a new hire and for open enrollment.
- Makes enrollment easier for employees.
- Makes the benefits department's job easier by sending file feeds.
- The ability to use the system to track our employees that are on leave.
- Age 26 dependent: the system needs to be able to automatically enroll the employee and any other family members down the next tier of coverage if applicable instead of terming the employee's coverage.
- Better benefit confirmation statements that can be configured for benefit and compensation.
- Better benefit reporting for invoice reconciliation.
