Overall Satisfaction with Ceridian Dayforce HCM

Ceridian Dayforce HCM is used across the organization. It addresses our total HCM needs (HR/Benefits/Payroll).
  • Payroll processing has evolved into a satisfactory product.
  • Timekeeping is working well.
  • Employee Self Service to some extent works well.
  • Benefits does not work well at all - 10 months in and we have troubles.
  • Reporting is not as robust as expected.
  • There are areas we are not fully using because we were not instructed on how to implement and even told it wasn't available when it was (Onboarding is good example).
  • Due to issues with Benefit Admin the basic impact is negative right now.
ADP, Ultimate, Workday, Oracle. Against ADP it stacks up better. Based on my review knowledge of the rest - I am thinking it doesn't stack up so well.
Key questions:

  • What is implementation time period? Nothing less than 16 weeks should be considered.
  • How competent are the members of the implementation team with benefits?

Too many areas of malfunction. Causes way too much intervention. Unreliable.
