Overall Satisfaction with Cisco DNA Center
We use it to monitor and administer our remote sites and our wireless to our remote sites as well. All of our iOS XE devices are in DNAC and we use it for analytics. We use it for inventory, we use it for upgrades and I'm here today in Cisco Live to find out more things I can use it for.
- Very well. Upgrades of my devices. Just yesterday I upgraded one of my wireless controllers to the Gold Star version, and it was very easy.
- Room for improvement is the same thing that Cisco needs to do on all their products. I feel they need to test their iOS issues before they come out a little bit better because we are having too many bug fixes that are occurring in all of our Cisco products.
- It's helping me to whenever a user has a problem, the analytics one, that's when I came here to Cisco Live. One of my goals was to learn more about analytics and how to use it if a user is having a problem for me to analyze what their problem is. So that's the main thing that I use it for. I'm using it for now, but in the process of finishing deploying it at all of my sites.
Far better, easier to use. Less bugs, less problem.
