Overall Satisfaction with Cisco DNA Center
We're using DNA Center to manage a campus network of Montreal only for now. It's the first building that have been onboarded into the DNA Center. Basically, every user are connected on it with wire and wifi, and they provide visibility and also easy way of managing devices, changing, and upgrading
- I would say having new devices, and the onboarding of devices is fine. it's becoming better and better over time and update at the beginning when we started to and install the device the solution we went fa we faced to a lot of different issues, especially over upgrading DNA. onboarding devices is nice and visibility is also really nice.
- Maintainability would be probably the best improvements I can do. We had a lot of upgrading issues in the past. For us, it's still Noma Sure. Products that are still, Cisco is still developing and it become better. But in terms of upgrade, it's what we had the most issue.
- I'm not sure I have visibility in terms of return of in of D N A. It's probably helping operation. So I guess we can reduce the cost of the operation a little bit because we have more facility with the product.
If I understand correctly the question, it's about what can, what kind of difficulties we could have as a team to be in a hybrid solution. Probably distance between people there, where we lose the view of what, who is doing what in the team and it's probably the most difficult part. And same if we are doing a lot of team visual conference. We still have to meet sometime at some point in person.
