Overall Satisfaction with CloudDesk®

It is being used across the whole organization to ensure employee productivity is optimized. CloudDesk® ensures that employees are making the best use of their time, either in remote work environments or in the office, and keep track of their activities, break times, when they're starting to work and when they're signing off.

  • Tracks website and usage pattern of employees
  • Ensures that the employee is working
  • Some features are still rough around the edges
  • Some bugs
  • Factors such as idle time are shown separately--one needs to manually add them
  • Time tracking
  • Knowing who's working on what
  • Verifying employees' identities
  • Increased employee productivity
  • Enhanced employee engagement
  • Peace of mind
Affordability and ease of use are much more feasible than Time Doctor or any of the other solutions we've seen.
Moreover, it was run by a few employees on a trial basis and they said that CloudDesk® was easier to use and used fewer resources than the competitors. While it didn't have all the features of its competitors, it had all the features required.

Yes

CloudDesk® is ideal for remote work environments and where employers need to gain insights into workers' activities--whether they're on the right track or not, and so on. It is ideal for call centers, data entry specialists, etc.
It is less ideal for creative workers, as their work is subjective and numbers cannot usually be put on them.
