Overall Satisfaction with Dialpad Sell
We use Dialpad Sell for VOIP calling which allows users to answer the desk phone or use a mobile phone if not present in the office. It helps to allow for remote working when needed and to have texting capability with clients. It's also helpful for text-based marketing to remind clients of events or specials coming up.
Pros
- Texting capability.
- Customization of open hours and away/voice messages.
- Call routing options.
Cons
- Call routing not always accurate in ringing correct devices.
- Calls not ringing and going straight to voicemail during open hours at times.
- Adding faxing line.
- Affordable option as our calling needs changed over time.
- Missed calls due to technical issues at times which led to frustration.
- Ease of answering calls in and out of the office.
Google Voice is more affordable but has fewer options for customization. We needed Dialpad Sell to be able to route calls appropriately and the price was better for our needs. Google Voice is great for a one-line, one-number account to have a business line on your same personal cell phone so it separates out who is calling from where.
