Overall Satisfaction with Dude Solutions Help Desk (formerly SchoolDude)
SchoolDude is used in our school district to submit maintenance requests or work orders. It is primarily used by secretaries submitting requests on behalf of staff in their buildings. Sample requests may be to fix a water fountain or sink, move furniture, or install something new. We find the help desk easy to use and organize, and the email confirmations are great for keeping track.

- Great for organization and submitting detailed requests
- Extremely easy to use
- Mobile ability makes access remote and simple
Cons
- The interface could use some updating to make it more modern
- Fewer clicks to complete tasks
- Issues and maintenance requests can be tracked to assess frequency and areas of need
- Staffing can be reviewed based on maintenance requests
I have used a ticketing system through FirstClass that does not come anywhere close to where SchoolDude is in ease of use and quality of a program.
