TIAA uses EMS across the entire organization and for some of our affiliates. By integrating the Outlook Plug-in, we made a one stop shop experience and enabled meetings to be booked in Outlook while adding Webex, inviting people, and including attachments, etc.

- EMS helps use integrate with technology like digital signage and allow for self service and flexibility for our internal customers
EMS blows Manhattan away. Manhattan’s room booking tool was too clunky - too many clicks. Their reporting capability also had a lot to be desired.
