Overall Satisfaction with EMS Software
TIAA uses EMS across the entire organization and for some of our affiliates. By integrating the Outlook Plug-in, we made a one stop shop experience and enabled meetings to be booked in Outlook while adding Webex, inviting people, and including attachments, etc.
- Customer Support - especially with the new Customer Success Program
- Listens to our needs
- Introducing new technology
- Helps us network with other corporate customers
- Need more analytical tools and reporting
- Help with bi directional sync of info so that Webex info added in outlook gets entered into reservation
- Allow batch printing for visitor management
- EMS has enabled us to manage and analyze room usage
- EMS has also allowed us to keep historical data
- EMS helps use integrate with technology like digital signage and allow for self service and flexibility for our internal customers
EMS blows Manhattan away. Manhattan’s room booking tool was too clunky - too many clicks. Their reporting capability also had a lot to be desired.
