Overall Satisfaction with EveryAction
Our advocacy non-profit uses EveryAction across most departments in the organization. We have a large base of supporters (several hundred thousand) and activists and we use EveryAction to send both action alerts and fundraising emails to mass groups of constituents.
- Emails for action alerts to mass groups (over 100K at a time) that can not be done in other software like Outlook etc.
- Option to send either action alerts or fundraising emails, on scheduled times.
- The user interface is cluttered and difficult to navigate.
- Not intuitive use, requires detailed training before utilizing.
- Negative: Sizable time and cost involved.
- Positive: regularly engaging supporters and prospects.
- DonorPerfect and Raiser's Edge NXT
EveryAction is among the top of options in this category of software and was selected because of the cost to benefit ratio.
