Overall Satisfaction with Glassbox

We use Glassbox to make it easier for our customers to do business with us. Glassbox is great in locating the friction points in our website and telling us how this is impacting the customer experience and if they are leaving us because of it. With Glassbox our site is much better than it previously was.

We were able to identify places in our website where because the content was unclear customers were leaving as they did not know exactly what to do. Using Glassbox we created a business flow and saw where in the process our customers were dropping off and its impact on our revenue. Once we understood the reason why we could go ahead and make the site clearer which drove conversion by over 20%
