Overall Satisfaction with Google Charts

We use Google Charts in the warranty department to manage ongoing service requests. The current software we use is a CRM and does not accurately provide reporting information for tracking purposes. We chose to use Google Charts to create displays for a number of reporting our purposes in correspondence with our current CRM software to compensate for what it lacks.

I have not used many other software similar to Google Charts because a lot of the software I have used in the past has integrated reporting available to the customer. However, for instances where our software reporting is not accurate, we are able to use this online source to accurately maintain and depict important reporting functions that are easily accessible for the whole team.

Over all, Google Charts has been a valuable component to our offices software. It’s compatibility has allowed us to use multiple forms of devices to maintain our work. Cloud compatibility is very trust worthy and useful feature. Great for team interactions and collaborating information within a department or group of professionals.
I have not had to contact help or support for this program because we have never experienced significant issues with the program. We have always worked out the issues ourselves because it is quite user friendly. But knowing that we have Googles team in the back ground, I have no doubt that they would be prompt and accurate with their troubleshooting.
We have used Google Charts to display the departments over all task load, the turn around time for these tasks, break downs of the number of tasks for each of the staff handling these tasks, including the number of tasks that are accomplished on a daily, weekly, monthly and annual basis. However, more specific information such as description of these tasks are not accessible from these charts.
