We use Grow as a great snap-shot way to view our most crucial metrics and display them for our team as well as our partners that visit our office. The way that Grow can pull from a myriad of formats is very helpful and allows us to keep some of our current internal processes rather than formatting to them. It saves us time and allows us to be more versatile with how we measure our successes and work on our sore spots.
- Response time with the reps is very quick and they keep it in laymen's terms for non-IT people to understand.
- They adapt to us, rather than us formatting to them.
- The dashboards are easy to read and can be customized to fit most of our needs.
- The dashboards could allow for a little more customization. Banner changes, font changes, and more colors.
