Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot

My company is using HubSpot as the main tool for managing leads, deals and customer information. I find the HubSpot tools for landing pages, blogs, CTAs and forms very intuitive and easy to use. I went through the certification programs and they really helped me understand the methods of modern-day marketing and how to use automation tools efficiently. The reporting tools really let us see if what we're doing is putting us on the path to success or where we might want to adjust our messaging or CTAs. In the past, I found that HubSpot ties pretty seamlessly to Salesforce and it's easy to update and make changes as necessary.
  • Hubspot tech support is knowledgeable and quick to respond and will stay with you until the issue is resolved.
  • Hubspot keeps the technology up to date with current web and marketing trends.
  • HubSpot offers a lot of online help resources including training to help you learn.
  • Hubspot to Stripe Integration could be improved without a lot of extra programming
  • Creating workflows can get tricky and confusing.
  • Hubspot has given us better reporting metrics on items we reported on before.
  • I can see contact activity in their profiles.
  • It allows me to manage the blog quickly and efficiently with lots of flexibility for design and posting options within itself and the social media.
I had just started with the company and they were using Eloqua. We researched Hubspot and found that it was going to cost us less, be easier to use and give us a lot more functionality than what we were paying for Eloqua. Hubspot is perfect for our database size where Eloqua is set for larger companies.
Hubspot has created a one stop place for the marketing department to create and manage communications that feeds information directly into Salesforce. It's easy to setup and manage and I think anyone in marketing at any skill level can pick this tool up and use it efficiently in a small amount of time.

Using HubSpot

5 - Sales, Billing, Executive Management
1 - Myself - I'm the most trained on Hubspot so I can navigate around the system and make changes.

I'm currently a driving force to create a better integration between HubSpot and Stripe for better reporting and understanding our customers in their specific subscription tiers.
  • Customer and prospect communications
  • Tracking deal and lead activity
  • Managing Customer Subscriptions and Payment Info
  • Email sequences and flows if the prices were better
  • Better out of the box integration options with Stripe
I've been using Hubspot for about 6 years off and on but I highly recommend it as a CMS, especially with co workers all over the United States who need a one stop shop to find customer information and teamwork activities on Deals and Tasks.

HubSpot Implementation

Stripe is an offered integration but we can't get it working ideally.
Change management was a minor issue with the implementation
  • Setting up the integrations properly

HubSpot Support

I have a support ticket in the Hubspot system right now and I'm working with a person in Signapore. There's a 10-12 hour delay in communication responses.

Using HubSpot

Hubspot's tools typically walk you through everything step by step so you don't get lost or confused and offers a lot of help topics to help you.

  • Workflows can be confusing to set up.
Yes - It doesn't have full functionality as the web based one and I'm not sure that I would use a mobile app to create certain things like the blog or emails as those require a lot of formatting that's easier to do on a regular computer.
