Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot
HubSpot is mainly being used by the Business Development, Marketing and Communications Teams. Since we started using HubSpot, we are now closer to achieving our marketing goals. It helps us better organize campaigns and track progress. The email marketing automation is very useful and convenient.
- HubSpot's landing pages can be easily customized to make it more personal.
- HubSpot lets you easily organize your campaigns and measure the results.
- Hubspot helps improves our inbound marketing efforts.
- Would be great if there's an option to sort contacts alphabetically, add a secondary email address, be able to batch download links/attachments from completed forms, name each tracking URL instead of just associating it to a campaign, and tag contacts on Facebook and LinkedIn in its social media publishing tool.
- The custom date range in the reporting section doesn't seem to be accurate.
