Hugo is a collaborative tool for effectively managing the meeting with notes, Integrate with Google and Microsoft calendars allows users to manage the online meeting more effectively. sharing agenda before meeting and minutes of meeting with action items after the meeting. During the meeting, the user can also refer to the old notes and action items.

Earlier I used to manage the meeting action on a diary but it was difficult to manage and find more complexity day by day, using Hugo's meeting notes things become easier, I can search for historical details at my fingertips and set the action items on such task. These tools also provide insights into employees' performance by checking historical action items on each of them.
