Overall Satisfaction with IBM Cloud Virtual Servers

We host all of our services on the IBM cloud. We use more than 20 servers to run our frontend, backend, databases, and internal streaming services. All of the virtual IBM tools are used to serve our clients and to solve big data and ML problems. We do our own customizations to match the needs of our clients.
  • Limiting your choices.
  • Giving you reasons to learn how to do things your own way and not fully depend on their platform.
  • Does not support virtual Lan.
  • Does not support unlimited virtual disk storage.
  • They give great discounts.
  • Support is very bad; they force you to depend on yourself.
I believe the technology that IBM is using is obsolete in the world of cloud-based virtual machines. For example, it takes 15 minutes to change the VM size, which is very weird. In general, any request done on the portal needs IBM approval! This is unacceptable in the world of Bid Data.
