Overall Satisfaction with Infusionsoft

  • CRM - Allows companies to manage contacts and see a record of all interaction with a company and a contact.
  • Ecommerce - Allows companies to sell products directly from their site and trigger marketing automation based upon the purchase of specific products.
  • Marketing Automation - Easy to setup lead capture that allows contacts to be segmented based on tags.
  • The ecommerce shopping cart is not SEO friendly.
  • The ecommerce shopping cart does not have as many features as other shopping cart platforms.
  • I could not run my business without it. My entire business is integrated with Infusionsoft.
Infusionsoft is an optimal tool if you are already spending money on different systems and you want to bring them all under one roof. As a CRM, ecommerce, and marketing automation tool, you can sometimes save money when you use only one tool as opposed to 3 different tools. Small businesses that have sales teams can benefit from the Opportunities area of Infusionsoft. You can easily build out a Sales Pipeline campaign to help you manage the leads and keep track of who you need to follow up and when. Info marketers can leverage the marketing automation tools to be able to create email marketing that can be segmented between clients and prospects. You can easily send different offers to different audiences.

  • Ecommerce - Allows us to create custom quotes for clients and charge them on a recurring basis.
  • Marketing Automation - Allows us to follow up with prospects automatically.
  • CRM - Allows us to manage our contacts and have a record of all interaction with them.
  • Sales Pipeline - Allows us to setup the different sales stages of our sales pipeline and create a marketing automation based on on each sales stage.
