Overall Satisfaction with Infusionsoft

  • Nurturing Contacts - I've been able to replace one of my marketing assistants because I now have Infusionsoft follow up with my warm leads
  • Billing automation - All of our subscription billing and partner commissions are now being handled automatically by Infusionsofft
  • Existing Client Follow up - I've used the Infusionsoft campaign builder to automate the email notification of our technical training series.
  • I don't have much to complain about. I haven't had any bad experiences. And when I need help, I've found their support team to be available and competent.
  • It's helped us maintain a higher level of consistency.
  • I've replaced a marketing assistant which is saving me - that's saving me about $30K/annually
  • Using the software to automate our subscription billing is saving us about 12hrs/month - about another $18K annually I would estimate
I believe top of mind awareness, maintaining an awareness in the mind of our prospects, is critical for success. I speak with colleagues about the consistency and breadth of their sales and marketing efforts. I often ask whether or not they're using a CRM to stay in touch with the leads they generate. There's just no way one can maintain a high level of qualified and valuable communication without using a tool like Infusionsoft. And I've used several others extensively, including; ACT, GoldMine, Maximizer and I migrated from SalesForce to Infusionsoft.
