Overall Satisfaction with InsightSquared

InsightSquared is used to track our data in Salesforce in an efficient and concise way. We can draw many insights from using the product. A lot of data is easily processed and put into reports quickly. We can look at sales data and activity history to pull levers in different ways.

Very useful product. I think I would continue to use it. I enjoy it very much for the value it adds and transparency into the data.
How often the data gets processed and updated is very important. Also knowing how much customization they can add themselves on the backend is very important.
