Overall Satisfaction with Jolt
It’s used in each individual store by General Managers to schedule the team for work. Each store manager encourages the team members to make schedule changes through Jolt also. Team members also request time off and adjust their work availability on the Jolt app. General Managers can keep track of clock in/out trends of team members through the app.

- App lags in speed often.
- “Schedule” on the sidebar (on a laptop) would be nice to be able to see a couple of weeks at a time.
- The 2 scrolling bars on the right side of the screen are annoying!
- I don’t have to send or print a schedule for each team member.
- I can easily start making the schedule & Jolt saves it just in case I have to come back to it later.
- Jolt makes it easy to trade shifts among team members.
