Overall Satisfaction with Keap (formerly Infusionsoft)

We purchased and used Keap for about 10 months. I did so to try to get our marketing message out to the world. It was very robust. Lots of integrations with other products. We needed the ability to keep data syncing across all of our internal systems. So we decided to use this product.

  • Ease of deployment
  • Getting on whitelist for Email delivery
  • Saved time
  • Let us know who was clicking on advertising.
  • Let us do drip campaigns.

I believe it would work well for larger companies. Since I am a one-man shop it seemed to be overwhelming for us to implement. When we hired a third party to help it got worse in my option. So I would say it would be best to hire an expert to help you implement this system.
