Overall Satisfaction with Lessonly

We use Lessonly for our remote sales team. We have over 250 employees across the country that use the platform for onboarding, weekly training, and recognition. We use it to standardize our onboarding processes and to make sure all employees have access to the information they need in order to be successful.

  • Easy to use on admin side.
  • Sometimes the practice function freezes.
  • Money saved for in person training.
They are always so helpful, our account rep is incredibly wonderful. We have biweekly meetings to discuss how it is going and any improvements. The customer service staff can also be reached through the chat on the website and are always prompt and helpful when answering anyway questions I might have.
Lessonly has great admin abilities and is very easy to use on both the user end and the admin end. Lessons are incredibly easy to use and create, and they look great without too much effort on the creator’s side.
Lessonly is great for filming practice scenarios like elevator pitches. It is a great place to store information where the entire team can access it and know it is correct. I wouldn’t recommend it for more complex tracking situations like if you wanted to know exactly how long someone spent on each page of the lesson. But for tracking overall it’s very good.
