Overall Satisfaction with LiveWebinar
I use LiveWebinar to host trainings for employees and to hold internal meetings with staff. The problems we've had with Zoom is that it eats up a lot of network bandwidth when being used by employees and that slower internet connections of staff are an issue when they try to join with their cameras turned on. Also people were initially having problems installing the Zoom client so our IT had to install it on their devices one by one via remote or on-site. This was not the case with LiveWebinar which anyone can use on their web browsers and does not eat as much network bandwidth so slower connections can easily join meetings and webinars.
- Permanent Rooms for adhoc meetings or webinars
- Customizable Forms and Registration Pages
- Evergreen events
- People are having some issues joining LiveWebinar on mobile
- Team Member access to create / setup live events in same account
- Multi-day conferences which cuts across days or could be scheduled in the calendar
- Cost Savings on a similar subscription but with more features and participants
- Cost savings on time charges for IT guy who installs Zoom apps
- Cost savings on a polling / survey tool which is built into LiveWebinar
- Zoom
A lot of advantages for LiveWebinar over Zoom as there is no need to install an app on every device that needs to connect to the meeting. Moreover, there's built in tests, surveys, and polling tools inside the platform that I don't see in the basic plan of Zoom. Further, LiveWebinar makes it easy to invite presenters for scheduled events as there is a built in maintenance for presenters inside LiveWebinar.
