Overall Satisfaction with LiveWebinar

I use LiveWebinar to host trainings for employees and to hold internal meetings with staff. The problems we've had with Zoom is that it eats up a lot of network bandwidth when being used by employees and that slower internet connections of staff are an issue when they try to join with their cameras turned on. Also people were initially having problems installing the Zoom client so our IT had to install it on their devices one by one via remote or on-site. This was not the case with LiveWebinar which anyone can use on their web browsers and does not eat as much network bandwidth so slower connections can easily join meetings and webinars.
  • Permanent Rooms for adhoc meetings or webinars
  • Customizable Forms and Registration Pages
  • Evergreen events
  • People are having some issues joining LiveWebinar on mobile
  • Team Member access to create / setup live events in same account
  • Multi-day conferences which cuts across days or could be scheduled in the calendar
  • Cost Savings on a similar subscription but with more features and participants
  • Cost savings on time charges for IT guy who installs Zoom apps
  • Cost savings on a polling / survey tool which is built into LiveWebinar
  • Zoom
A lot of advantages for LiveWebinar over Zoom as there is no need to install an app on every device that needs to connect to the meeting. Moreover, there's built in tests, surveys, and polling tools inside the platform that I don't see in the basic plan of Zoom. Further, LiveWebinar makes it easy to invite presenters for scheduled events as there is a built in maintenance for presenters inside LiveWebinar.

LiveWebinar is an all in one solution for daily meetings and events. I made it a 9 as it is almost perfect in its current form. However, there were some reported issues on mobile connectivity as there is no native app of LiveWebinar for both iOS and Android. Moreover, I'm hoping that LiveWebinar could connect to my Google, Outlook, or iCal calendar to synch events regularly. I'd love to see my calendar inside LiveWebinar which makes it to the top of the feature wishlist for this platform. Further, if LiveWebinar is able to handle multiple day events or meetings with just a few clicks, that would make this platform, a 11/10 rating!
Customer support of LiveWebinar is top notch. They are available almost 24x7x365. I rarely wait for the next response and given that people are not suppose to work on holidays or weekends, their support agents are always there to lend a helping hand. The responses are spot on. It's not that I need help with platform having some issues or anything, but for general account questions, they quickly respond to each and every query I raise over to support. Definitely one of the best things with LiveWebinar.
LiveWebinar is best for individuals holding quick meetings or daily scheduled events. Having friction less meetings for teams which does not require prior app installation or setup makes this the perfect webinar platform for persons with techphobia. Schedule, Send, and Start the meeting. There's even built in surveys and tests which makes the meeting or event more engaging and interactive. Unfortunately for multi-day events, it is very hard to use LiveWebinar for this purpose. Let's say for virtual conferences which has defined dates and times for each session, LiveWebinar won't fit this purpose, or at least, it is very hard to execute this scenario using the platform.

Using LiveWebinar

50 - Currently we use Livewebinar to host webinars for trainings of our department's initiatives like the CRM, DMS, SAP, ISO, and Data Privacy trainings. Most of the users would be staff and managers from the other business and support units of the company.

What we use the most is the breakout rooms feature, surveys, polls, and ability to open multiple windows all in the same browser screen.
4 - There's only 4 staff managing the support for all of our systems in place for the company, including Livewebinar. They are mostly skilled in technical support and troubleshooting of issues of our enterprise applications and related software.

Most have already at least 2 years of experience handling systems or technical support.
  • Breakout Rooms
  • Surveys and Polls
  • Multiple window sharing and switching
  • Using polls to engage with the audience
  • Recording and sharing videos after the webinar
  • Livestreaming to multiple destinations, including Facebook
  • Sales Conferences
  • Group Orientation during Property Handover
  • Team Coaching Sessions
Absolutely love the features of Livewebinar and it's probably the most advanced Live webinar solution that I have used. Even with the absence of a native mobile app, the platform is useable on mobile or tablet screen sizes. There's no noticeable lags during the presentation and users find it easy to use and navigate during the presentations / webinars.
