Usability

Pretty easy to navigate and find your way around. I did encounter one issue...for a period of time my chart was uneditable, like it had a layer on top that prevented me from doing anything. It eventually went away but I never figured out what that was.

Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We are using Lucidchart within my dept to create org charts and process flows. We are growing and need a technology to help us outline where we are and where we are going.

Pros and Cons

Creates org charts - connects boxes easily
Creates process flows - connects boxes easily

[In my experience] adding text is clunky. Hard to edit (getting the curser in the right place is awkward and takes more time than it should)
[I feel that] adding bullet points, etc to text is clunky. I wish it was more like Word/Docs/etc. Creating a flowchart or other chart is important but it is only as useful as the descriptors. Creating the boxes is easy, creating the descriptors is not.

Return on Investment

Improved efficiency - historically have used Excel or Power Point

Integrations

I haven't found a good use yet for the integration, though I do imagine it might come in handy at some point. Google and Slack particularly
