Overall Satisfaction with Lucidchart
It's a very great product. Easy to create mind maps and system design and share them with your team. It has all objects and it's easy to extend objects. Automatically saves your changes and you can share with people who don't have an account as read-only. Presentation mode and layers are cool features. If you work as a team, it's like updating google docs with real-time sync. Overall it's a great product to use for Engineering Managers and Engineering Architects, and of course for Engineers.

It helped reduce duplicate work and updates after presentation was created.
