Overall Satisfaction with Lucidchart

I watched a Youtube video before jumping into the interface and was able to do what I needed to do on there.
We're using it to map out processes and see where we can streamline them to make them more efficient. It's been a really great tool to visualize how the process actually flows to see where bottlenecks are. It was really easy to learn the interface, and it was really easy to create flowcharts on their platform.

Yes

Lucidchart is a great tool to collaborate on process mapping, and you can also use it solo. I think if there was a ton of collaborators, it wouldn't be a great idea.
