Overall Satisfaction with Lucidchart

The tool just works. Very intuitive. You don't have to spend a lot of time researching how to do something that you can already visualize in your head.
We are using Lucidchart within IT to diagram our systems. In addition, we have found it to be a great tool for diagramming our IT "vision" to show non-IT stakeholders a visual representation of where we are as an organization, and what our vision is for the future. Other charting tools led us to spend a lot of time figuring out how to make the tool show what we have in mind within the limitations of the tool. Lucidchart is a great tool that lets us focus on what we are attempting to show.

  • Useful export capabilities to feed into other tools, like PowerPoint.

Cons

  • No issues yet! Great product.
  • Saved me a ton of time putting together presentations because the tool just works!

PowerPoint fell far short of what Lucidchart can do, from a graphics standpoint.
We've been using Lucidchart to build presentations for our Board of Directors that shows visually our vision for the future of IT in our organization. Lucidchart is the best tool I've found for this type of graphic visualization so far!
