I use Lucidchart to create detailed process maps and organizational charts that guide our entire company. I couldn't imagine not having a tool like Lucidchart available to map out the critical processes and systems that keep our company running smoothly.
- Simple drag and drop style editor is intuitive and easy to use.
- Very few limitations on customization options.
- Sharing and collaboration features make working with others convenient and easy.
- Could use more resources to reveal use cases for the product.
- Easier training as our processes are all mapped out visually and are easier to comprehend from a high level.
- Easier process refinement and identifying pieces of processes that are begging to be automated.
We currently have not dived into integrations.
