Overall Satisfaction with Lucidchart

Everything is spot on, except the cmd + d
It is used by the digital and technical team for designing diagrams that allow us to have a better comprehension of the systems to be developed. Sometimes we also use it as a way to visualize non-technical aspects in a more appealing way, such as organizational diagrams. In general, it helps us have higher quality in everything we do.

  • I've always had problems with duplicating an item. In every single software I use, is cmd + d but in Lucidchart that prompts me the export section.
  • I would like the ability to link components together without grouping, just like Figma has its frames or visual paradigm auto-links them if one is inside the other.
  • In this current job, it's been used recently, so I wouldn't be able to tell.
I haven't used any of those systems with Lucidchart, yet.
I don't remember much of my interactions with the support system or personnel, but as far as I can remember it was pretty good.

Visual Paradigm isn't in the list. That would be the closest one and I really disliked how complex their system is.
I think that in most cases Lucidchart fulfills all the needs a user might have, but in some rare cases that a heavy technical diagram is needed, it doesn't support the complexity of diagrams like visual paradigm. But that, in a sense, is good; I use Lucidchart for its ease of use.
