Overall Satisfaction with Lucidchart

It's been exactly what I was looking for. I needed a tool like this to get everything out of my head and onto paper.
Lucidchart is helping me build out my processes and systems from the ground up, being able to identify all steps in a certain process is critical for me to optimize my processes and save myself time and money in the long run.
